Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced Client Relations Assistant to provide administrative support to the Client Relations department.
You will assist the team in client requests, replying to queries by email, drafting announcements and newsletters, and assisting with scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least a year of experience in Client Relations, a high level of organization, excellent communications skills, and the ability to successfully resolve client-related issues.
As part of your duties, you will be building and maintaining the company's relationships with clients through emails and phone calls, and assist our Director of Client Relations by attending client meetings, taking meeting notes, and writing meeting recaps.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in client requests, replying to queries by email, drafting announcements and newsletters, and assisting with scheduling
- Assist the Client Relations Director in identifying new business development opportunities, such as targeting and contacting potential clients
- Draft and design media announcements, newsletters, and speeches
- Maintain communication and relations with clients by anticipating their needs and following up on their requests
- Establish and maintain communications with all the internal departments to ensure that services are delivered as promised, and within the agreed-upon timelines
- Maintain and update the client relations calendar and book and coordinate internal and external meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Relations, Communications, or Business Administration
- Ability to define client challenges, participate in brainstorming sessions, and evaluate creative ideas from clients and staff
- Experience working with client databases like Zendesk, Zoho CRM, and Hubspot CRM
- A clear understanding of client business goals and the company's strategic plans to meet those goals
